Who We Are Looking For
Dream Big is always searching for individuals who are passionate about working with children and helping them succeed. Whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome team members who share our commitment to providing high-quality early intervention therapy.
Ideal Candidates Have:
- A passion for working with children and families
- A patient and compassionate approach to learning and development
- A desire to grow and learn within the field of early intervention and ABA therapy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A belief in the importance of inclusion, diversity, and creating a welcoming space for all children
