FAQs

Yes! We accept insurance plans such as Medi-Cal, IEHP, LA Care, Anthem, HealthNet, Magellan and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Your journey starts with an intake session. During this time, we’ll get to know your child, set goals together, and provide guidance on what to expect in the first 90 days so you feel confident and supported from the start.

We offer two time blocks + full day:

  • Morning 8-12pm
  • Afternoon 1-5pm
  • Full day 8:30-4:30pm

Yes! Every child works one-on-one with a therapist. As they grow, they’ll also join group activities to practice social skills in a fun, supportive setting.

You’ll get quick updates from your child’s therapist after each session. Your BCBA will also meet with you regularly to share progress and discuss goals.

Your child will be supported by a whole team that works together:

  • Behavior Therapist (BT): Provides daily one-on-one therapy.
  • Behavior Consultant (BC): Supports your child’s therapist and works closely with the BCBA.
  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): Creates, monitors, and updates your child’s treatment plan.
  • Center Director: Oversees the team and makes sure the center runs smoothly.

Absolutely! With a little notice, you’re always welcome to observe. We love parent participation because it helps you carry over strategies into the home environment. We just ask that visits be balanced so your child can stay focused and engaged in their therapy routine.

In addition to optional observations, all families will also attend scheduled monthly parent training sessions with their child’s care team. During these visits, you’ll have the chance to observe, ask questions, and learn about the strategies we’re using to support your child’s growth and progress. These trainings are a key part of our program and help build strong collaboration between home and center.

We track your child’s progress in every session. Your BCBA reviews it weekly and shares updates with you during parent meetings. Treatment plans are refreshed at least every six months to keep goals meaningful.

We understand that things come up! Please follow our cancellation policy (usually 24 hours’ notice). Keep in mind that frequent absences may affect both your child’s progress and insurance coverage.

If your child has a fever, contagious illness, vomiting, or diarrhea in the past 24 hours, please keep them home so everyone stays healthy. Just let us know as soon as possible if they’ll be absent.

Just like the kids in our centers, we are always growing! We are hoping to open 3 new centers across California in the next year.
